For nearly fifteen years, Amy G. Smith, CLA, NCCP has been the paralegal and collections administrator for Mitchell Law Office, P.A. Ms. Smith has a paralegal degree for Durham Technical Community College and maintains specialized paralegal certification through the North Carolina State Bar and the National Association of Legal Assistants. Her experience and longevity with the Firm, coupled with her proficient legal and collection skills, make her an asset not only to Mitchell Law Office, but to the legal community. Ms. Smith’s primary areas of responsibility include management of the collections department and staff, estate administration, civil litigation, and practice billing.
